• Tuesday 6.30am - 9pm
• Wednesday 6.30am - 9pm
• Thursday 6.30am - 9pm
• Friday 6.30am - 9pm
• Saturday 8am - 6pm
• Sunday 8am - 6pm

The gym will be unattended at times, and as a reminder, you are entering at your own risk.

Active members will see a tile on their app that says 'Door Code'. If the gym is unattended you will have to enter the code to open the door and gain access. Anyone caught sharing their code will instantly be banned from the gym. If you want to bring a friend for a one-off session - ask Conor.
